Tuna tataki:It is one of the best delicacy of Japanese cuisine.At first a small fillet of tuna is covered with black and white sesame and then seared on non stick pan or griller until 25% is cooked from outside.Then it is cut i thin slice and arrange  in a plate ,then add some ponzu sauce and garnishes like micro greens,scallion chopped.masago ,black and white sesame etc.It is famous with tuna lovers.
