 Mix cuisine:These are the dishes that I prepared at staff training for the new restaurant that is going to be open soon in Riyadh. These includes Salmon Tataki, Salmon carpaccio,Yakitori(Thigh, breast, wings),green salad in honey lemon dressing, Medy Dolma(Turkish appetizer) and Bao(Chinese steam bun). Carpaccio: Carpaccio is Japanese delicacy which is normally a thin slice of sea food that is eaten raw normally with ponzu sauce.This is popular in most of the Japanese sushi restaurant. Tataki :This is also a Japanese delicacy which is meat or sea food which is normally  seared  from the outside for a few second and cut into thin slices.It is mostly 80% uncooked from inside. Yakitori :It is a grilled chicken in Japanese language in which different parts of chicken are seasoned with salt, pepper and grilled in a open charcoal.
